HAPPY MUDPIE DAY !!

last friday was bake mudpie day for birthday twin wee qian xiang at herng yih's which turned out to be not bad for a first try, despite many doubts and hiccups along the way!

many thanks to herng yih for lending us his place although he couldn't really figure out how to use the microwave/ oven.

dora fatgirl tan for sifting the flour and cocoa powder plus beating and eggs whilst watching very exciting terence cao show on channel 8.

loreen busy zhuo for helping to stir the eventual mixture during advertisements with eyes also glued to very handsome terence cao.

and my aunt for providing all the ingredients as well as myself!!

who spent like half an hour stirring the mixture continuously.

well we can all see that carson fatboy goh is a bit left out over here cause all he did was to help himself to all the ice cream mooncake and very enthusiastically cut them up into pieces.

now you know who your true friends are..

ben and bush MIA due to valid reasons. haha

the mudpie turned out to taste more like a chocolate cake/ brownie and 4 stupid us filled the mixture to the brim so during the process, some of the mixture spilled out and hardened in the microwave hahaha.

and now we know that the eggs in the cake dont become omelettes when in microwaves!

and carson goh says looking at the microwave will spoil your eyes.

now, dont we learn something new everyday!!
